The English Organic Forum is a collection of organic-focussed organisations that have come together to put forward cohesive group to represent the organic sector to policy makers. It combines producer groups representing producers, certifiers, consultants and researchers and so has a broad base of expertise and experience.
It is currently Chaired jointly by Christopher Stopes and Adrian Steele with the secretariat currently sitting with Organic Research Centre. The aim of the the EOF is to promote the many benefits that organic farming systems deliver and help to inform and influence policy makers to see organic farming valued and represented in the new Agriculture Bill and the Environmental land Management Scheme.
